Refund & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us via Instagram within 2 days of receiving your order.

• After 2 days, any refund or exchange requests will not be accepted.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the same item (if available).
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired design is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• Each product is entitled to one exchange or refund process only.
• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are not covered by Poster Masr, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Once we receive your request, please allow 4 working days for processing.
• Approved refunds or exchanges will be completed within 5–7 working days from the approval date.

Note: Please check your items carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you quickly.
